Returns are to be handled as follows
You must receive an RMA number BEFORE you return the product.
There is a 30% re-stocking fee for the returned item.
You will need to ship it to the return address that will be provided at the time your RMA is given.

There will be no refund on the shipping and you will need to pay to return it.
The product must be unused and in the original packaging.
We will at that time refund your card minus the 30% restocking fee.
